We use YouTube API Services to run our interactive livestream chat bot (BlexBot). By participating in our live chat, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
What we collect: Your YouTube username, profile picture URL, Channel ID, and public chat messages.
Why: To track your in-game currency ("Hoob Loot"), experience (XP), prestige, inventory, and let you interact with the stream/Minecraft servers via chat commands.
You can revoke our app's access anytime via your Google security settings.
When you join our public Minecraft servers, your gameplay is actively broadcasted. By connecting, you agree that your in-game username, skin, point-of-view (POV), and chat messages will be featured and recorded on our YouTube livestreams and videos permanently.
Account Linking Requirement: To play on the Hoobs Live SMP server, we strictly require all players to link their in-game Minecraft accounts to an active YouTube account. We collect and store this linkage to protect our community members from malicious actors, ban evaders, and trolls by ensuring everyone is held accountable for their actions on the server.
We maintain the right to ban any user from our Minecraft servers, website, or YouTube livestreams for violating community rules or acting maliciously. Ban Evasion is Strictly Prohibited: If you are banned from our community, any attempt to bypass that ban (such as using an alternate account, a VPN, or another device) is considered unauthorized access to a protected computer network, which violates the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA) or comparable laws against unauthorized computer access. We reserve the right to report repeated ban evasion and unauthorized access to law enforcement or your internet service provider.
When you win a promotional giveaway, we collect a valid mailing address to deliver physical items from our Hoobs Live Shop. We only share this address with fulfillment partners and mail carriers (like USPS or UPS) to deliver your prize.
We log standard non-personally-identifying information (browser type, referring site, date/time) to understand how visitors use our website. We use "Cookies" to display personalized content and relevant ads. Advertisers may also use cookies, which is governed by their own policies.
